Key Responsibilities:

Eric managed all contractor services to meet all planning phase objectives. This role involved generating frequent workshops and reports based on mitigating risk and value management with the express objective of validating the Cost Plan for the project. Overseeing the management of all project teams was a pinnacle part of this project. This included management of the teams responsible for the design, finance, safety and environmental project considerations. Eric facilitated the Planning Phase process to ensure the program met the needs of the client, users groups, and stakeholders. On site coordination is a vital part of this role. There are some 200 players in the mix on this project and so effective engagement of the Stakeholders with the Design Consultants is one of the project performance measures. Eric consulted with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure there will be a smooth execution from the planning phase to final delivery. In addition, Eric assisted in the production of the Detailed Business Case (DBC) which will effectively allow the Parliamentary Works Committee (PWC) to fulfil its role in recommending the Cost Plan funding to Parliament for final approval which provides the project the legs it needs to continue into the Construction Phase.
